Desert Camping
We LOVE the Arizona Desert!
Kim went way outside her comfort zone for this fun activity. Our new friends, Mike & Linda (along with their desert 4-wheeling crew) took great care of us while 4-wheeling and put all of Kim’s worries to rest! What a fun time exploring the desert with them. We definitely want to experience this again!
Again, Quartzsite did not disappoint! From 4-wheeling, exploring old mines and, of course, the Quartzsite
Grand Design rally, we have had a blast! We made new friends, reconnected with old friends and explored many new areas. It never gets old!
Did our problems go away? Well, kind of yes and kind of no… Our bent axle was replaced by the Grand Design service techs at the rally. These guys rock! Our water pressure problems? Well, we were still dealing with that, but had enough pressure to do the dishes and take a shower. We had another scare with the solar and found out that we had a bit of “user error” and that problem was taken care of within a few minutes.
Good, bad or ugly, we always manage to find the positive in almost all situations, roll with the punches and just enjoy our journeys!
We absolutely love getting out there and meeting new people. We encourage all of our Mountain Beaches friends to shop small, shop local and to always be on the lookout to give a helping hand to those in need!
